For over 47 years, the Environmental Resource Council’s mission has been to serve social and physical environments by blending science and values. Our focus on school safety and public policy issues serves as the cornerstone for our offerings.

The pandemic and its long term effects on behavior has made us think about how the personal services industry, which relies on close physical interaction, will navigate through a new world focused on the contactless delivery of goods and services.

The Public Health Council, our non-profit’s new personal services division, will build upon our years of supporting schools. The personal health and safety of personal service providers and their customers will be our primary objective. Our first priority is the hair care service sector.
